Safety

Safety throughout the company involves the individual efforts of each associate. It is your responsibility to help by working safely at all times. This includes keeping your work area neat and clean. Safety equipment and clothing provided by the company must be worn and used as directed while performing all work.

Any conditions which you feel are unsafe should be reported immediately to management. Should an accident occur, notify management at once.

You should be familiar with the location and use of fire extinguishers in your area. If you are not, ask your supervisor for instructions. You are required to attend all safety meetings scheduled for your work group.

Security

To assure the safety and well-being of all our associates, the doors are always to be kept locked before and after official working hours.

No company-owned equipment, merchandise, records, data, or other materials may be taken home without the knowledge and written permission of your supervisor. To do so could lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination and legal action.

Parking

For the convenience of our customers the parking places immediately in front of the main entrance are reserved for them. Associate parking is available on the sides and in the rear of the building.

Appearance and Grooming

It is important that all associates exercise good judgment in selecting attire which is attractive, professional, and in keeping with the good taste of our work environment.

Personal cleanliness, use of deodorant, and good grooming is required at all times. Personal clothing and uniforms must be clean and neat. No blue jeans or tank tops are allowed.
